The Present

It’s Monday, April 1st, beware of the prank.  I’ve never been a big fan of purposefully fooling someone or being fooled for some reason.  All Fools Day is maybe just another centuries old tradition that no one is certain how it started, but it never seems to go away.

Some self-regulating advice to reflect on for this very normal Monday morning.  Not a bad way to prepare yourself to be at peace for today, this week, and the rest of your year:

“If you are depressed, you are living in the past.  If you are anxious, you are living in the future.  If you are at peace, you are living in the present.”   — Lao Tzu —
