Transition

“It is when we are in transition that we are most completely alive.”  — William Bridges —

Transitions present the opportunity to thrive or to freeze.  Applied learners look to grow in every circumstance, including times of transition.  They wander with curiosity to discover opportunities where there were none before.  They design and formulate strategies and tactics taken from their learned experiences.  They refresh insight from the outside to broaden their scope.  They apply definition into what is currently formless.  They focus energies on a specific purpose and seek to patiently, but persistently make a meaningful difference with others throughout a period of transition.
