Most of us have heard of or read about several references related to this formula.  Even more fascinating is the realized extension of this, where a mere 4% of your efforts generate 64% or more of the results in your work (Alan Dib).

Planning revisited:  Professionals plan; amateurs do not.

In the absence of a shared mindset for WHY and clear strategies with a measured tactical plan for what and how you focus all of the work, you’re just playing around.
