Complain Much?

Want to be a source of wisdom to solve real problems in your work?  First, stop complaining.  It is what it is.  Complaining resolves nothing.

Look instead to define and analyze the problem without complaint.  What of the situation is working and might be built upon?  Interpret reality, but obsess more on what is right to be able to construct solutions while drawing others in support of the effort.

From Stephen Hawking:

“When you complain, nobody wants to help you.”  “If you spend your time focusing on the things that are wrong, and that’s what you express and project to people you know, you don’t become a source of growth for people, you become a source of destruction for people.
