Just Start

Have you read a great recipe lately?  Have you read a life-changing exercise routine?  Maybe even read a good blog post?

A recipe, a workout and a blog post simply represent a series of words on paper until you actively apply what you have read.

Just start learning and being better by applying what you have read.  Encourage others to do the same.

Two lessons on starting from Sasha Dichter:

1. The act of doing the activity itself is the source of improvement, so the best thing you can do is start.

2. One of the most valuable things we can do is to encourage people who are just shy of the starting line, and help them to believe in themselves.

Decide to start, you’ll rarely regret it.
