Walk Behind

Coaches don’t lead on the field.

Generals don’t lead at the front lines of war.

Players compete and warriors fight.

Lead from within the group.

Leaders work to be a part of the culture, to frame plausible strategies and imperative actions, to address barriers, and to initiate opportunities for all to excel/win.

Success goes to the players/warriors.  Fault lies with leaders.

“To lead people walk behind them.”      —  Lao Tzu  —
