Stress much? We have reiterated in several of these blogs that without stress, we accomplish very little. A ride on the bike without pressing yourself to a higher level of cardio stress has no positive physical effect other than a leisurely stroll. Unfortunately, the resistance/barrier with accompanying stress is generally the way to accomplish more.
You have to step into the flow of fear to truly step up and become more focused as you press on to accomplish something beyond the status quo. There is potential, progress and energy packed in with fear and stress that must be managed. Unmanaged fear and stress immobilizes us to never even try to learn, grow and make a difference.
Acknowledge and manage fear and stress to impact your capacity to focus in applying what you are learning and progressing forward in your endeavors to make things better.
