A Relating Practice

Unprecedented, this has never happened before.

Unknown, not certain what is next and for how long it may be this way.

People move forward and they behave within new rules.  Isolation is more prevalent.  There is a lot of information to get your head around at one time.

We are learning to practice a key virus containment rule:  social distance; maintain physical space away from others.  This is good for ourselves and others.

Let me suggest a practice to follow as a key social solution rule.

Social solution:  relate more; engage with people to lighten the burdens.  This is good for ourselves and others.

Purposefully be kind.  Genuinely reach out to others.  Nothing really new here for anyone, other than you may be more than six feet apart.  This is just a concentration to connect with people more as circumstances evolve outside of our control and the unknown remains unknown for a while.

Social Solution:  Relate more as an applied learning practice.  Now and going forward.
