A public health challenge offers each of us a number of “first time” choices to reflect upon, to then make decisions and to then learn from.
Each person will navigate this a bit differently, not knowing for certain whether they were right or wrong in their decisions. As the potential for adversity increases, reasoned choices will generally be better than irrational ones.
A reference today that may offer you guidance:
“You have power over your mind – not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.” — Marcus Aurelius —
