Remain Grateful

In serious times, remain grateful.  Individuals are potentially sacrificing their own health for reasons largely unknown to us amid highly unknown parameters.  Don’t just go on with your own serious life, relate and demonstrate gratitude with others.

Appreciate other people each day.  I will tell you that it still feels just as good or even better to touch a life than it did before a public health crisis.

Create your own genuine opportunities to be grateful today.

“He is ungrateful who denies that he has received a kindness which has been bestowed upon him; he is ungrateful who conceals it; he is ungrateful who makes no return for it; most ungrateful of all is he who forgets it.”   —  Seneca  —
