Tensions appear to be aligning toward a growing energy for positive change.  If step one of addressing a problem is to admit that there is one, there is evidence of a number of first steps that are being taken.

It has been easier not to take this step as an individual before this tipping point, but there is a growing movement that will facilitate opportunities.  Individuals that hadn’t previously been looking for change before are now looking to actively learn as they evaluate their current thoughts and actions.

This will remain to be a complex series of problems to collectively define and to take actions as individuals and as communities for progress.  Imagine though, the progress that might be made in this surge of newly opened/re-opened minds seeking to learn for a positive change.
