Change starts with you.  Even if circumstances, processes, conditions and other people begin to change around you, there will be no effect for you until you move to change with others as well.

Each person has a tolerance level for the changes they are willing to naturally accept and then move themselves forward with.  To be intolerant of change is to be left behind.  To engage and to learn from a change experience is to be an influencer or contributor in the positive change in the role of a leader.

Many of the things that bother you today, those that are barriers to your growth and success, are likely due to your decision not to change with the environment around you.

Carefully evaluate your appetite for progressive change and reset your course through the barriers.
