New connecting thoughts at the individual level will need to be made for positive change with equality to occur across a community. Previously held connecting thoughts of individuals are now being disrupted by others in the community that already believe a greater equality is possible.
“There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.” — Margaret J. Wheatley —
A sensitivity for change is peaking from the disruptive force of more individuals believing that a community needs to evolve it’s thinking and actions going forward. Symbols of old thoughts are being reconsidered or removed. Statements once made are no longer ignored or innocent. History lessons may eventually be rewritten with an emphasis of the common stories, but featuring a more focused reflection on the many facets of inequality so that they aren’t repeated by future cultures. A sensitivity for cultural change is peaking to disrupt those once held and even hidden connecting thoughts of individuals within these communities.
The recent generations of individuals that now or will soon form a majority of the communities appear ready to evolve equally as connected individuals. The what and how may still need to be determined, but I do believe this collective group are learning to be much more clear and connected in Why this change will occur.
What is it that you care about?
“The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.” — Coretta Scott King —
