1. You must know the difference between what is urgent and what is important.
2. You must do what’s important first.

What is most important for us to do is often deferred as a next action or something we just can’t seem to ever get to.

Know and start with the important.  If what you are doing has nothing to do with the contributions you are to make, why are you still doing it?
