Matter: Time: Fate

Life is overly complex if we allow it to be.  We roll through time, missing great opportunities in avoidance of presumed risks.  We worry too much about things well out of our personal control.  We do things that do not need to be done.  We complain of being busy, yet fail to prioritize what matters most to us.

Working toward a purpose, doing so with our determined values top of the mind, will help us to stay the course and to draw more from our experiences.

“Remember:    Matter. How tiny your share of it.    Time. How brief and fleeting your allotment of it.     Fate. How small a role you play in it.     —  Marcus Aurelius  —
