I’ve always done it this way and it works very well for me. Really?
Are you organizing your life and your work for the comfort of a “normal” routine that you strive to repeat each day? Or, are you truly open to learning and applying what you are learning to stretch toward and reach your ultimate goal and purpose?
The unknown provides learning opportunities. Addressing the barriers to learn your way to reaching your goals are generally unknown, until you take them on and learn through them.
The known provides a simplified routine to repeat the same day of experience over and over again. The barriers to goal attainment are left unchallenged. Life goes on the same old way.
Aim to have at least one “first” experience each day. It doesn’t need to be dramatic or dangerous, just purposefully find a “first” for yourself to keep the mind open. Tie these experiences closely to your goals and set yourself up for continual learning.
