Some believe that waiting to address a problem, start a new endeavor or enact a change is a sign of weakness rather than strength. Why wait? What are you afraid of?
There is a best time to begin everything so that you and others gain the most from that effort. Doing just the right thing at just the right time is a concentration of wisdom and a definitive strength. Fools rush in, failing to observe and sense the best time to act, often to their demise.
Patience requires wisdom gained through lived experiences to act in the best way possible at the most productive time. You may even begin an effort with having great patience and then quickly learn that yet more patience is required. In this case you will slow down or stop at what you have discovered and again reassess the timing of your planned effort. More time will need to pass. Even more patient wisdom is required
There may never be a perfect moment to begin, but certainly remain patient to begin at the most informed, opportune and advantageous time.
“Patience is the calm acceptance that things happen in a different order than the one you have in mind.” — David G. Allen —
