Worried?

There is so much to worry about in the future if you allow yourself to do so. But know, there is so little that we can control with a yet to be understood future state that hasn’t arrived yet.

Functionally, we can’t knowingly decide or act until the future is here, but at that time it would then be considered the present and not the future.

Your intellectual and emotional advantage is to live fully engaged in the present, not in the unknown future.

With rational wisdom and applied learning experience, you’ll proficiently deal with it when it arrives.

“True happiness is to enjoy the present, without anxious dependence upon the future, not to amuse ourselves with either hopes or fears but to rest satisfied with what we have, which is sufficient, for he that is so, wants nothing.” — Seneca —
