In life, the score is often kept. Some competitions much more critical to our success than others.
In a game that we play or in a performance/financial goal that we work to achieve, we compete.
We don’t always win. With a loss, it’s generally best to recalibrate, learn, adjust and continue to compete from the experience.
When we win, the direction we set is generally much the same that got us to that point. It’s enjoyable for a moment and we move on.
When we don’t win, what of your character do you reveal? Be aware.
“It’s easy to do anything in victory. It’s in defeat that a man reveals himself.” — Floyd Patterson —
