We naturally become tired when working against a resistance. The point of resistance though is is not for us to stop, but rather to build against it.

Resistance is what allows us to get better as we move well past tired to get the work done. Know that the challenges we face are what help us to learn, to grow and to be better.

If the resistance of the challenges appear to be overwhelming in the moment, don’t walk away. Instead, refocus on what matters most and reset your prioritized focus. If it were easy and routine, we wouldn’t be growing.

“The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” — Winston Churchill —
