Resolution?

New Years resolutions will be made here soon. People will note what they want to change so that they might accomplish more in their lives.

Unfortunately, few will actually enact the changes they would need to make to realize their resolution. Fewer yet will form sustainable change that produces long term value in the newly formed habits taken from their original intent.

A problem for most is that they focus primarily on the negative with what they used to do or not do at all. Thoughts swirl on what they might be missing or what they might have to sacrifice to truly change.

Focus instead on starting the simplest, positive actions and growing momentum from there. Celebrate the increments of the positive progress you are making. To form new habits a key to a meaningful and successful life.
