To be creative isn’t a “magic” you either possess or don’t possess. Creativity is a focused pattern of learning to discover something new or different that adds value.
People will tend to ignore or patch things together rather than pause to create something better. Easier to resolve for ourselves that we simply aren’t creative rather than dig in to solve a problem or change a process as a contribution from them.
Creativity requires us to look more deeply at the realities of what everyone else see’s, but to discover with great curiosity something they haven’t.
Creativity involves our full capacity to fall in love with the problem and not their solutions.
Creativity is connecting things differently, to presuppose there is a better way.
Creativity is a conscious choice to learn and continually apply what you are learning from your experiences.
Creativity is remaining curious to challenge yourself and others to add value to what matters.
“You can’t use up creativity. The more you use it, the more you have.” — Maya Angelou —
