Judge Much?

People have the innate tendency to judge first, to hastily categorize and to label others. We then sort this judgement as being good or bad for us. In this judgement, we learn very little and we reflect upon ourselves even less.

What if you instead remained open-minded to learn rather than judgmental to immediately sort and process what we choose to observe? As you move through the day, pause to catch yourself and your judgement of another. Accept that others have had their own experiences that have shaped them into what they are today. Know that their experiences were different than yours.

Focus with an open mind to learn about others and from others rather than close your mind in judgement.

“A word of advice is, when you judge someone, it doesn’t define the person you’re judging, it defines you.” — Tulisa —
