If you find yourself bored, it is good advice to simply wonder more. It’s wasteful and often upsetting to hold still and then complain of your fate. In your selection of interests for learning more, you generate the opportunities to experience a more full life. When you develop new interests, you continue learning toward your purpose in life.
Rest, but always remain curious. Never cease to think in contest of what’s next, why, and/or how come. You will only come to be bored and unsatisfied because you are failing in the moment to focus on what you will learn next. Don’t wait for others to determine your interests, imagine and generate your own.
“The world is full of magical things, patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper.” — William Butler Yeats —
