What do you expect? If you and others are uncertain or unaware of expectations set, it’s nearly impossible to move forward. Expectations set the stage with a clear sense of why, how, what, when and where progress could be made together for a desired impact.

Expectations are the beginning of the vision to be set together. They align the strategies and tactics for all to perform together simultaneously. Without expectations, there could be no shared consensus formed for getting there together.

All can be expected to lead in some fashion in their contributions and to positively influence one another if the direction is clearly set and mutually agreed upon. Solutions are discovered rather than problems.
