Save the time of making New Years resolutions. Instead, begin the new year with the end in mind to have determined what you will have accomplished by this time next year. A plan is necessary as is the determination to deliver on that plan from day one through to the end. Without a plan and immediate actions, you have a resolution and not a goal.
The journey to the end goal will be full of learning. Know that as you are learning, you are adding value to your life and into the lives of others. There will be hundreds of questions posed as you discover barriers. Decisions will need to be made to reach your desired end. Rely upon positive people that you will share your goals with to hold yourself more accountable and do the same for them.
Become what you desire to be in the end as you continue learning. Plan and act to do more than just hope to achieve a thing.
“What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you will become by achieving your goals.” — Zig Ziglar —
