Tension

Tension builds within us when we become concerned with the effectiveness of our actions over time without the certainty of how we will get there. Tension can work to heighten our potential or can be allowed to lower our mindfulness altogether.

With experience we can learn to mange the effects. We learn to act in the moments with the most productive actions along with the tensions to stretch ourselves. We come to know what matters most and we hold to that end alongside the tensions.

Strive to keep a balance with tensions to move you forward in the moment toward your vision and/or goals. Without tension we are apt to merely hold still. Our greatest creations and contributions will come from within the sense of the tensions that move us.
