Becoming

Without the determination and mindfulness to continue learning each day, it is nearly impossible for us to reach anywhere near our full potential. We have only one chance each day, better to invest in each rather than allow them to slip away. Improvement and greater achievement are optional.

There are opportunities to learn and to grow in the decisions we make each day. The resources to reference and inform our decisions are literally at our fingertips if we choose to press “search.” By having a growth, rather than a fixed mindset, we are open to digging deeper in the experiences to advance from lessons learned under novel conditions and circumstances we’ve intentionally exposed ourselves to.

Be mindful to focus each day as a continual learner. Develop an optimistic learning practice for this purpose alone. As Winston Churchill noted, “the optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.”
