Emotions will surface, what will we do with them? Recognize fully that emotions are human nature. They are best recognized and not succumbed to. Thoughts, decisions and actions centered with clear and acute determination are a challenge, but remain our best course of action.
Build a bridge and get over it. Easier said than done, but our capacity to do so is of great importance. You will be better with a controlled response to the challenge rather than react from within the emotions.
With practical and even stoic resolve, you may even come to us the emotions to enhance your capacity to deepen your intelligence with greater resolve. To perceive the emotions clearly and to deal with them efficiently is a distinct advantage. Clearly and concisely determine your course, regardless of the emotions we are exposed to.
