Aiming to be great at everything will generally have you to be not all that good at anything. From focus comes growth.
To be great at one thing requires a strategy. The strategy includes what you will do to learn your way and what you will not do. You must remain focused on the most important things and not become distracted. The choices you make connect one experience to the other as you progress to be better.
There is no singular, common path for everyone to follow. If all could follow the same path, the outcome or result wouldn’t be greatness. It would just be meeting the generically established norm.
You’ll have to learn to be great with what’s the most important for you in your own unique way. You’ll have to put in the time and the focus to find the way to become great at your thing.
