In the pursuit of our personal endeavors there will at times be conflict with others. Independent minds will not always agree on the specific goal, nor the manner with which to reach it. If the conflict is left unsettled, the misalignment can lead to unfortunate outcomes and harmed relationships. Conflict is natural and it needn’t be a negative thing if all engaged would earnestly consider the perspective of others.
With differing points of view and life experiences, a better resolution or direction with which to pursue it can be discovered. For parties with an open mind, the diversity of thinking presents options and the chance for each to consider other perspectives. A dialogue offers the opportunity to walk in alignment together to a determined outcome.
Be open to the perspective of others, aiming specifically with the group to do the right things at the right moments, rather than the internal pull to simply be right on your own.
