There ought to be a very clear tie for us between privilege and responsibility. We are given, or may earn, the privilege to carry out a task for the greater good of many. With that privilege, we must do something favorable with it.

Those with the privilege and the know how to do something should do so with great responsibility. Not everyone has that privilege and too many will shirk the responsibility to apply themselves fully to do what is right. We have a duty to contribute when and where we can to a greater society/community value above just ourselves.

Live the principle that if you are in a position to make something better, do so. Own the chance and do something with it. Learn and apply to where you can improve the lives of others and yourself in return. The return on an owned opportunity that benefits others will fulfill you for a very long time. Step up to make the right choice when you are privileged enough to do so.
