Having a learning goal for each day, an aim to discover something new or differently. Be curious enough that you see a common thing as if it were the very first time all over again.
Learning key is to not just think about it or to say what you are thinking as a goal, but to act upon it as a self-initiated learner. You never know what subtle or substantial lessons you may experience.
Over the course of a month, with a lesson experienced each day, a good bit of change and contribution could be made. The alternative would be to have passed through time with no goals for learning obtained. Look inside yourself as the thriving source to have acted to evolve.
