Many of us are looking to others for solutions to complex issues that give us an exacting pathway to success.  I don’t believe this sort of guidance actually exists.

At best, others may give you a new approach to thinking about the right questions so that you can solve it better on your own.  They will give you a different way for you to think about the problem, but rarely will they give you a specific script to follow.  They ultimately help you on your journey, not take you to the end and drop you off.
