It must be genuine, but not extravagant. It doesn’t take much effort, but it can positively alter the dynamics of any relationship. Expect nothing in return, but you may be surprised of it’s lofty benefits. Simply compliment another each and every day for the sole purpose of others. A great compliment goes a long way.
Those that are humbled or embarrassed from a genuine compliment probably haven’t received and accepted enough of them. Those that expect compliments from you have probably received too many.
