Confidence

Feeling a little insecure as you begin a new job or project?  Maybe you are unsure of your capacity to lead within an organization as they navigate through the unknown?

Be confident until you are.

The self-imposed limitations born of insecurity will only get in the way of your learning progress.  Helen Keller herself offered that “insecurity is mostly superstition.”  Apparent self-doubt also opens others to apply their perceived limitations upon you.

To discover the way requires an optimism from within as you earn the lived experience necessary to continuously improve.  Don’t limit yourself and your potential to excel with superstitious thoughts of insecurity before you begin.  Humbly accept the opportunity and relate with others as accomplices as you grow in confidence to set a course.

“Regardless of how you feel inside, always try to look like a winner.  Even if you are behind, a sustained look of control and confidence can give you a mental edge that results in victory.”   —  Diane Arbus  —
