Rarely will you get it precisely right at the right time with a first attempt. A key to failure is to have learned from it. What a waste it would be if at once when we failed to meet our intended target, we would never try again.
Failure isn’t final, neither is success. From both you must continue to work on. You must continue to apply again what you have learned in either falling short or having reached a point in time of success.
Eliminate the negative feelings associated with failure and move on productively from the learning experience. Move on to achieve again and again, knowing the conditions and resolutions may be ever-changing.
Remain curious to fail forward with collective intelligence to have learned and applied with others so that you all will garner wisdom. When you get it right once, continue on to repeat and learn again.
“Creativity isn’t about wild talent as much as it’s about productivity. To find new ideas that work, you need to try a lot that don’t. It’s a pure numbers game.” — Robert Sutton —
